Ann Russell

Ann RussellI originally discovered Amatsu in July 1999 as a client with a shoulder and lower back problem. I was so impressed with how my body responded to the treatment I decided to become a Practitioner.

I qualified in 2002 and after completing the optional post graduate third year of study with Dennis Bartram in 2004 (Shinden jutsu) I completely changed my career and became a full time Practitioner. I have subsequently completed the fourth year of study (Kenku jutsu) in 2008 and 2009. During 2007-2009 I studied to become a Teacher of Amatsu with Sandy Denyer. If you are interested in training to become an Amatsu Practitioner please go to the Training page.

My clinic is situated in North London and I also provide home visits to clients who are unable to travel due to mobility problems or serious long term health conditions.

My clients range from the older person in sheltered accommodation with limited mobility to active rugby and football players who are extremely fit. I provide care during and after pregnancy and have treated babies as young as two weeks old. Many of my clients have continued to visit for many years as they know the benefits of maintaining their body regularly.

As one of the Directors of the Amatsu Therapy Association Ltd I have an active role within the Executive committee as the Membership secretary.
